Our products are approved to all relevant European and national standards and are rigorously tested before launch. Firebird has enjoyed a string of industry firsts including the first SEDBUK Band A Combi boiler on the market.

STATE OF THE ART MANUFACTURINGOur dedication to quality is second to none and continuous improvement programmes have resulted in higher quality products with an even greater degree of flexibility and efficiency. Firebird has invested heavily to automate and streamline production in order to meet rapidly changing market demands and future needs. Today most of our manufacturing processes are automated, including Trumpf punching centres, robotic folding and welding and an automated paint line. |

AFTER SALES SERVICEFirebird’s products are supported by a nationwide network of approved service engineers. All technical enquiries and warranty calls are managed by Firebird’s technical department. |

TRAININGWe offer an extensive range of product training programmes at our training centre in Baile Mhic Íre, Co. Cork. The centre includes fully operational products and is equipped with the latest in multi-media technology. Training can be tailored to the customer’s needs and involves hands on operation of all products. |

The number of people employed in the Firebird group has increased from 20 in 1988 to just over 130 today. The company’s products are now sold in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, France, New Zealand, USA, Germany, Scandinavia and the Middle East. |
